The room at Hotel 837 was amazing! It had a cozy vibe with a comfortable bed and a laptop-friendly workspace. As a busy adult, I loved having air conditioning in the room to keep me cool during my stay. The free WiFi was great, allowing me to easily stay connected and catch up on work.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom.

The room was spotless and it had a shower and a bath, that's cool. The location was exceptionally nice and magnificent for New York City, really close to Times Square and Central Grand station and a convenient area. The staff team was very very helpful and helpful.

The venue has comfy location to midtown.

The rooms were spacious and had a modern feel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, overall a great stay.

I recently stayed at 837 for a week and it was perfect for my trip to explore the city. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Grand Central Terminal and close to many popular attractions. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help with any questions or concerns. The rooms and corridors were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of nearby stores that were open 24/7. a great experience!

This place is a gem! 🌟 the Irish bar adds a nice touch. Our deluxe king room was spacious and had a nice, modern vibe. the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was a great plus!

The hotel was overall clean, and the room was spotless and huge. the room had central heating, a flat-screen television, and a living area. - the location was favorable, next to the subway station with a direct line to the airport, attractions, restaurants, and the Chrysler Building.

Great central location, close to Grand Central Station and 24/7 stores. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quick resolution for any issues. Bag storage available for post-checkout shopping. Enjoy the rooftop view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in New York. The location was perfect, close to everything in Midtown and just a few blocks from Grand Central Station. The subway was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and corridors were exceptionally clean, and housekeeping maintained them daily. I had no issues during my stay, but if I had, I'm confident the staff would have resolved them promptly. Lastly, the hotel offered a bag storage service for guests who wanted to do some last-minute shopping before heading home.
